The number one factor in recruiting trainers at Train-X is that they care deeply for people. Seems simple, but to truly care for the well-being of another is a rare trait; rare in the respect of caring for the whole person, not just their health and fitness. You will be spending a lot of time with your trainer so relationship is important. At Train-X, you will be working with proven athletes who stay current on all aspects of health, wellness and athletic performance.
